Vanilla Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup ground walnuts
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 (8 oz) packs cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups sour cream

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press on bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
3. Combine beaten eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Blend in the sour cream and pour into pan.
4. Bake for fifty-five minutes. Cooking time may be less if you don't have a crappy gas oven.

My Comments:
I love this recipe so much, and I will go so far to put down other delicious (vanilla) cheesecakes just because they're not mine. I don't put down my mom's cheesecakes, though, because that would just be crazy.
