Lunchtimes

Still working towards eating less fake meat, like with this meal. I haven’t had it in a while, but I usually make it with a veggie burger of some sort (I used tofu this time). The hummus goes in the pita, then I pile in the sauteed mixture and top it with a little ketchup. Look, I started making this stuff three years ago. (Also, that was back when I still put British u‘s in my words. It just seemed right after I moved back from London — and in my defense, I still worked mainly with writers from the UK (still do) — and then one day I stopped. No bigger reason; just felt normal and then didn’t.)
