Mornings No. 22

It’s zucchini time! I have two that I had to pick before they got too big, and I used a smaller one to make a single loaf using this recipe (I halved it). I’m not sure if the recipe I use most of the time has brown sugar, or if I usually throw in some whole wheat flour, but this loaf seems super white inside. It’s still pretty darn good, though!
