Taryn -- The ice cream is amazing! The recipe called for 1 cup milk and 1.5 cups single cream, but I used 1.5 cups skim milk and 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream, and it didn't seem to do any damage.

It's delicious -- really lemony and the perfect ice cream texture. The last time I used the ice cream machine, the results were horrible, so I still can't believe this turned out!
